Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive presentation decks, showcasing a strong understanding of deck construction, and effectively pitch strategies to both, clients and internal teams.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of brands, client objectives, and comprehensive research and analysis to develop key components of the brand's framework and architecture.
  • Grow and develop the strategy and planning team through training and development, ensuring high-quality work and deliverables.
  • Establish and implement efficient processes within the strategy team.
  • Provide insightful points of view, recommendations, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with account and creative teams to bring projects to completion.
  • Conduct and present workshops to showcase brand development work, substantiated by comprehensive evidence, research, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrate advanced writing skills for various strategic documents.
  • Exhibit a practical and advanced understanding of social media platforms and their strategic uses.
  • Develop and assess client programs using qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Identify and cultivate business growth opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of new business proposals.


Requirements:

  • Must work in office Monday-Friday.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing KPIs and metrics for client programs.
  • Advanced understanding of social media and its role in brand strategy.
  • Proven track record of cultivating business growth opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategic role within an agency
  • Strong understanding of the latest industry trends and market insights.
  • Experience in leading new business proposals and pitches.
