Senior Sales Executive

A leading insurance brokerage and financial services firm is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and expand its client base.
About the RoleAs a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, relationship building, and presenting clients with tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand complex client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Utilize industry knowledge and technical expertise to provide customized solutions to clients.
- Maintain executive-level relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses to their needs.
- Present client financials and analysis of marketing results to support informed decision-making.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of clients' businesses and goals, providing tailored advice and guidance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Familiarity with common medical terminology and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with Salesforce experience a plus.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
