Human Resources Director

Are you ready to drive impactful change and shape the future of our organization? Our client is seeking a strategic Director of Human Resources for a fantastic opportunity. You and your team of six HR professionals will support two vice presidents of Operations as well as several functional leaders on site. This role has great upward potential.
The client is looking:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns our people, labor, and organizational design initiatives with our organization's growth plan and strategic objectives.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR KPIs and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and HR strategy development.
Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for standardization, process improvements, and strategic initiatives that support business and HR objectives.
Labor Relations Management: Partner with the Senior Director of HR and Legal to develop and manage a comprehensive labor strategy, supporting the proper execution of Collective Bargaining Agreements, labor processes, and strategies.
Streamlined HR Processes: Implement streamlined and efficient HR processes to enhance HR service delivery and support organizational stakeholders effectively.
Project Management: Develop and maintain project and change management plans, timelines, and budgets in partnership with HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment with the HR strategy.
Program Oversight: Oversee HR programs and projects to ensure alignment with the strategic goals, delivery on time, and within budget.
Change Management: Support HR Business Partners during organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining high levels of employee engagement.
Leadership Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and development for the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and departmental succession.
Qualifications:
- in a global industrial or manufacturing company.
- Resources leadership experience is a must.
- Relations experience in a represented environment.
- have previously managed multiple plant location
- with HR technology and tools, including HRIS systems.
- degree, Masters preferred.
- proven thought leader in the HR/Talent field.
- knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Other Requirements:
- to obtain a Department of Energy Security Clearance.
- to provide necessary information for authorization to access Controlled Unclassified Information related to U.S. Department of Defense or U.S. Department of Energy programs.
