Role Overview:

The Sales role will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and driving our growth. This position requires a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
  • Reach out to mortgage loan officers, brokers, lenders, and wholesalers through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Qualify leads by understanding their mortgage business needs and how Zeitro’s technology solutions can meet those needs.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of interactions with leads and clients in our CRM system.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to ensure performance aligns with company objectives.
  • Provide feedback on product development to enable a faster sales cycle and better meet client needs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the mortgage B2B software space.
  • Deep understanding of the mortgage industry, loan processing workflows, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities. 
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated and ownership mindset.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
