Customer Service Representative

At NPC, we are seeking an energetic and detail oriented Customer Service Representative to join our support team. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities:


  • Customer Assistance: Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient support to customers via phone and email.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our products and services to assist customers accurately with quoting.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our management system.
  • Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with others in the department to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a customer service or related field is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer connections with empathy and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with the Microsoft suite, business software a plus.
