  • As the Benco Territory Sales Representative, youwill drive sales of merchandise, equipment, technology, and Benco services; solicit new business through personal efforts and referrals; maximize the customer experience; enhance selling skills in product and services focus areas; develop healthy/productive working relationships with customers, vendors and Benco teammates.
  • Your role as the Territory Sales Representative is essential in ensuring all transactions are successful and pleasant for all.
  • Prospect to drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals; add new buying accounts and develop new customer relationships; identify new business through a variety of methods including cold calling and networking
  • Participate in all sales meetings, dental conventions, team building events and sales training as required
  • Communicate effectively with regional teammates (equipment sales, service, and inside support) to achieve customer goals and solve customer or internal issues
  • Ability to travel in assigned territory daily, as required for customers, vendors and Benco teammates, business and group meetings, and Customer Experience Trips as well as limited overnight travel
