Insight Global is looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative to work fully onsite in the Westshore area in Tampa, FL - near the Westshore Mall. Looking for call center customer service experience, with interest working in the insurance claims field. This a 3 month contract-to-hire, meaning you will be converted full time (which includes PTO, Holiday Pay, etc.) after 3 months.


Start Date: 11/4/24

Starting Pay: $18/hour


Shift/Schedule:

  • During Training (first 4-8 weeks): Monday - Friday 9- 5:30 during training
  • After Training: Monday – Friday, 8 hours shifts with a start time between 8:30am and 10:30am


Job Summary:

Serves as a liaison between external customers, clients and internal staff. Provides exemplary assistance and support; addresses customer issues and ensures effective and long-term problem resolution. Additionally provides clerical and administrative support and works on special projects as assigned. The Customer Services Representative will be the first point of contact for customers with general questions regarding billing, account information and filling claims. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within an organization that invests in your professional development. May need to conduct research to complete service request. Monitors service activity, prepares service reports and troubleshoots technical problems.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to work 5 days/40 hours per week in office in the Westshore area of Tampa, FL - located near the Westshore Mall
  • High School Diploma or GED, or higher
  • 2 experience in over the phone customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with high level of professionalism
  • Reliable transportation
