Fulltime Salary Range: $153-205k, DOE
Our Client is seeking a Director of Implementation to lead the end-to-end deployment of SaaS solutions in healthcare settings. This strategic role requires expertise in healthcare IT, operations, and project management, with a focus on delivering seamless customer transitions.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor the implementation team, develop strategies aligned with company and customer needs, and collaborate on refining implementation roadmaps.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, manage resources, mitigate risks, and maintain customer relationships throughout the implementation.
- Customer Engagement: Facilitate smooth transitions from sales to implementation, customize plans, provide updates, and lead post-implementation reviews.
- Operational Excellence: Implement best practices, track KPIs, and drive initiatives to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10-15 years in implementation management within SaaS, healthcare, or health tech.
- Proven success in complex software implementations, including EMR integrations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
