Director for Legal Pathways Program

The University of Washington Tacoma seeks a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as the Director for the Legal Pathways program. This is a unique opportunity to lead a program that aims to build and support law-related opportunities for UW Tacoma students.

The Director will have primary responsibility for leading the program, implementing and assessing outcomes, and overseeing community and campus outreach efforts. The Director will also serve as pre-law advisor for students and work closely with faculty members across campus.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the legal field, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Experience in community engagement, project management, and teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level is highly desirable.
