The Ford Agency has partnered with an international law firm to fill an opening for an Office Services Coordinator in their DC office. The Coordinator will provide in-person, hands-on support to ensure the office is running at peak efficiency at all times.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain all shared office spaces and equipment and troubleshoot any issues
  • Oversee set up and break down of conference rooms for meetings and events
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure office supplies are always well-stocked
  • Create biweekly newsletter for internal distribution
  • Provide back-up coverage for the front desk


Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years' of office service and/or administrative experience, law firm preferred
  • Knowledge of standard office equipment and basic IT skills
  • Proactive and energetic approach to solving problems
  • Customer service attitude and willingness to take on any task
  • Punctuality and reliability

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
