Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager
Location: In office M-F – or with the Executives, travel required (up to 25%)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Executive Assistant who will provide comprehensive support to two senior executives. In addition to traditional administrative duties, the role will require managing the executives' travel logistics and handling all social media posts for the executives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage a fast-paced environment, and a deep understanding of social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Provide on-site administrative support during travel, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
- Act as the first point of contact for the executives, handling phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to enhance the executives' personal brands and online presence.
- Create, schedule, and post content across all major social media platforms, including X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
- Monitor social media accounts for engagement opportunities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Track and report on social media metrics and campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align messaging and branding across platforms.
- Administrative Support:
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and contacts.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed, including event planning, and research.
- Maintain detailed records of expenses and assist with expense reports and budgeting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting executives.
- Strong proficiency in social media management, including experience with major platforms and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
