Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a commercial real estate analyst, with a strong track record of successful investment analysis and portfolio management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CCIM) preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis software.
  • In-depth understanding of commercial real estate markets, valuation methodologies, and investment principles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
