We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team in Birmingham, AL. This full-time, on-site position involves a range of administrative tasks, including data entry responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple duties efficiently. Key responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, ensuring accurate record-keeping, data entry, and providing general support to the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, copying, and moving files.
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain organized and accurate records and files.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Provide support for various departmental projects and tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
