Operations Project Manager

The Project Manager function will focus on driving excellence across account operations. The Project Manager possesses knowledge of the media space and understands how to integrate best practices across various disciplines from planning to investments, analytics and ad operations amongst others. The PM will own the financial estimation, status reporting, and workflow on a recurring basis to ensure each team meets their commitments. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming ideas into results, constantly negotiating and organizing, and understands the importance of communication across teams for accuracy in day to day deliverables.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage high volume mid-complexity media projects
  • Coordination & ownership of account recurring deliverables including flowchart update & issuance, accruals, authorization process updates & budget management
  • Coordination & collaboration with commercial, finance & operations to ensure timely updates
  • Support cross functional integration between Media teams, as well as client teams
  • Ambassador of process and adherence but flexible to be nimble in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Problem-solver with an eye for details
  • Knowledge share & communicate cross-teams to ensure key stakeholders briefed on tasks
  • Handle situations with diplomacy and professionalism with the goal of resolution
  • Participate on project plans to ensure internal stakeholders understand project flow and due dates needed in order to meet end goals
  • Provide group support and management by setting up and attending internal meetings and disseminating recaps of discussion/alignments and agreements, as well as following up on agreements and team assignments
  • Develop and articulate process within decks & documents
  • Provide administrative support as needed on ad hoc projects

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years as a full lifecycle Project Manager
  • MUST have experience managing high volume mid-complexity (banners, emails, print, broadcast and search)
  • Strong acumen for numbers
  • Ability to understand needs and translate into clear templates & processes
  • Media and/or Advertising experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of MediaTools a plus
  • Strong attention to detail & organizational skills with demonstrated accuracy & excellence
  • Proficiency in project management software; Understanding of Smartsheets
  • Strong demonstration of timeline management and team accountability skills
  • Familiarity with digital routing systems a plus (ie Prisma)
  • Ability to identify & prioritize activities across disciplines
  • Collaborative mindset, diplomacy and relationship management savvy
