  • Administering daily operations at testing facilities and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Overseeing all phases of project management, including planning, design, execution, and delivery.
  • Assisting leadership in addressing operational challenges and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies and enhancements.
  • Managing staffing requirements, supply needs, and on-site support for testing facilities and teams.
  • Reporting on project milestones, potential risks, and dependencies.
  • Performing additional related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; a graduate degree may substitute for one year of experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in capital program management and 2 years in administration and management.
  • Proven experience in project management with the ability to oversee projects from inception to scale.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  • High standards of accuracy, transparency, and accountability in work.
  • Capability to foster effective relationships with a variety of individuals and groups.
  • Previous experience in staff management and familiarity with government/public health sectors is preferred.
  • Residency in New York City and possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred.
