We're looking for someone proactive who can drive new business and expand existing accounts. The ideal candidate should excel in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and be comfortable collaborating with teams and using CRM tools.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth and expand offerings for current clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Develop strategies with management to grow the customer base and share insights with the sales team.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and market-aligned pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM for clear communication.
  • Explore and utilize opportunities for social selling.
  • Collaborate with clients to address key business challenges and goals.
  • Participate in training and skill development activities.
  • Ensure services comply with regulations and company policies.
  • Handle additional assigned responsibilities as needed.


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Increase in new customers.
  • Progress in meeting sales targets for maintenance, service, and equipment.
  • Improvement in profit from maintenance, service, and equipment sales.
  • Manager’s assessment of attitude, dedication, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
  • Other performance metrics set by leadership to ensure positive results for both customers and the company.


Qualifications:


  • Reliable transportation is a must for this role.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required
  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
  • Proven ability in prospecting and cold calling to drive new business.
  • Experience in industrial sales is preferred but not required.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required, with further education being a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
