Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales efforts in the Western territory. As a key member of our Commercial Division, you will be responsible for managing orders, promoting our innovative retail and semi-automatic scales, and driving strategic initiatives to meet ambitious sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct sales activities to dealers, distributors, and key end users through training, personal visits, and effective communication.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with strategic end users to secure product specifications and drive sales growth.
- Assess market trends, provide field intelligence, and recommend marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Provide monthly reports, forecasts, and other information as required.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Multi-state territory experience with a proven track record of sales success.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively by airplane and automobile.
- Ability to reside near a major airport and live in the Western territory.
- Over 5 years of territory management experience in sales, preferably in the industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, self-motivated, energetic, and outgoing.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Epicor software.
Benefits:
- Eligibility for company-paid benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability.
- 401(k) plan eligibility on the first day of employment with a company match of 4% on employee deferral of 5% or more.
- 18 paid time off (PTO) days accrued by calendar year.
- Ten company-paid holidays per calendar year.
Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 per year, plus an uncapped commission structure that allows employees to earn unlimited commissions based on their sales performance.
