The associate will provide administrative support to the client Fremont locations.
The associate will have responsibilities for a specific departmental process/system which entails following standard work guidelines while performing specific job-related tasks.
The associate will follow company policy and procedures to ensure quality metrics are met, comply with specific deadlines, and follow through with all assignments.
The associate will perform other duties as assigned by leadership team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Projects as assigned.
Provide confidential and administrative support to executive schedules/calendars.
Make travel and lodging arrangements for both domestic and international travel as requested.
Meeting logistics for R&D, Engineering and Operations teams.
Provide logistics for event planning, both small and large groups, both on-site and off-site related to needs of direct reports and their staff.
Breakroom, Facilities, General Lab Consumables stocking and ordering.
Shipping requests / includes back-office requests as needed.
Support on-site receiving.
Support vendor management (audit performance, follow up on discrepancies, handle on-site visits)
Check requests / Purchase Orders.
Setup and coordinate hotel arrangements, meeting rooms, and F/B for different General Support.
User Testing: Responsible for meeting coordination and logistics.
Vendor screening (forms/approvals).
Liaison to Facilities.
Gift/flower orders for life events.
Engagement Committee team member.
Safety Committee team member.
