Investments & Case Preparation

  • Create product proposals, financial plans, illustrations and client annual review materials
  • Complete and process account opening paperwork
  • Handle account transfers and rollovers
  • Process misc. client service requests


Insurance & Client Services Support

  • Complete client onboarding
  • Prepare Life, LTD, and LTC applications
  • Manage the underwriting process, including scheduling medical exams
  • Process misc. client service requests


Administrative Support

  • Act as the liaison between the network office, home office, financial representatives, and clients
  • Manages Wealth Management Advisor’s calendar and confirmation process
  • Responsible for updating client data and maintaining client records/files


Qualifications:

(Required)

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently AND as part of a team
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and a desire to learn

(Preferred)

  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • AZ Life, Accident, & Health Insurance License or required within 3 months of hire
  • Investment licensed
