Odle Management – A subsidiary of Eckerd Connects

Reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations and is a salaried, exempt position. Provides day to day oversight of the Eckerd/Odle operated Job Corps Centers as well as Eckerd/Odle operated services where Eckerd/Odle serves as a subcontractor. This is a data driven, key performance indicator compliance position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide oversight of Eckerd/Odle operated centers as well as Eckerd/Odle operated services where Eckerd/Odle serve as the subcontractor using operational tools, tracking systems, monitoring visits and assessments.
  2. Serve as the Eckerd/Odle point of contact for Center Directors at Odle operated centers and staff assigned to subcontracted Centers.
  3. Conducts corporate assessments and provides training based upon needs demonstrated by these assessments.
  4. Develops required centers plans and provides training supporting these plans.
  5. Review and approve approval to hires for operated centers.
  6. Conducts periodic compliance monitoring visits to ensure compliance with all SOPS, the PRH, and all other applicable rules and laws.
  7. Serves as a liaison between the Center and various Regional Offices.
  8. Assists and ensures financial compliance at all Centers by working closely with the corporate finance team.
  9. Assists in the proposal development of all future Job Corps proposals.
  10. Partners with Corporate support functions such as Quality, HR, Finance, and External Relations and their respective leaders to advance individual and overall Center performance.
  11. Works closely with the Senior Vice President of Operations in developing/implementing service delivery systems supporting center and corporate initiatives.
  12. Assesses, in partnership with both support functions and Center leadership, individual Center challenges and helps guide the Center in the development and execution of targeted improvement plans.
  1. Clearly communicate and model employability skills.
  2. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences Public Administration or related areas.
  • Five (5) years of Job Corps Experience and three (3) years as a Center Director or Job Corps corporate management position.
  • Knowledge, familiarity, and ability to manage and train relative to the PRH.
  • Proficient computer skills including operational knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work with center, corporate, regional, and national offices.
  • Ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.


Additional Requirements: Position requires travel to Job Corps centers for transitions, COCAs, or technical assistance via air and/or car.
