Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Research Director Healthcare Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and project management from the health care space. This role requires exceptional project management skills and the ability to lead advanced research team members in constructing advanced market intelligence reports.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accountability for the quality and accuracy of all research products and processes at Darwin Research Group, ensuring high-quality project execution and delivery.
  • Manage projects from inception through execution.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing research plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for research team members.
  • Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of strategic market research projects, including qualitative and quantitative studies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research insights are effectively integrated into business strategies.
  • You will serve as a primary point of contact for client questions and feedback related to Darwin’s main product offering and ensure that their research needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company at the forefront of market research innovation.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients and senior management.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and/or project management within the health care space.
  • You have proven experience in building, managing, coaching and leading teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in market research methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
