HonorHealth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational management of all Facilities Engineering activities across multiple Medical Centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to assigned staff, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination of activities.
  • Maintenance and Operations: Develop and implement corrective and preventive maintenance programs to maintain good working order, extend equipment life, and minimize unexpected failures.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare, execute, and monitor departmental operating and capital budgets, evaluating expense variance against budget and taking corrective action to achieve budget expectations.
  • Quality and Customer Service: Utilize available survey tools to assess, evaluate, and improve the delivery of service and satisfaction of customers and staff, promoting a culture of service excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure buildings and grounds are in compliance with local, state, federal, and DNV requirements on functional safety and sanitation, as well as building and grounds safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's Degree or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM-American Hospital Association) certification required.
  • Experience: 8 years of experience in Facilities Management leadership required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license required.
