Creatives On Call is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications Director to lead strategic initiatives in internal communications, public relations, and community engagement for our client in the healthcare sector. This role requires expertise in coordinating advertising and paid media strategies, with a strong focus on targeted digital media and engagement campaigns.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies, including internal communications for employees and physicians, public relations, earned media, and community events.
  • Coordinate advertising and paid media efforts to drive targeted digital campaigns and patient engagement.
  • Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistency with corporate and local brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with corporate and local teams to create collateral materials that support brand expectations and objectives.
  • Lead community engagement initiatives and sponsorships to enhance the organization's public presence and relationships.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing within an acute care facility.
  • Strong background in developing marketing plans that drive patient acquisition and growth.
