Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Operations to join our team at Global Medical Response Inc. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial objectives and support the strategic direction of the region and organization.

Lead and Manage Teams

Lead and manage teams to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, develop/retain profitable market share, increase non-acquisition growth, and embrace company values.

Financial Management

Accountable for all facets of the profit and loss of the division, including top-line revenue to allocations, and responsible for the division's accounts receivable (AR) and understanding all payer classes.

Communication and Relationship Building

Communicate with division teams regarding local, regional, and national strategies and related initiatives, and regularly foster strong working relationships with local public, private, political, and community members.

Quality and Compliance

Design, implement, and maintain processes to maximize quality of operations, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EEO, and other applicable local, state, and federal laws governing business and employee relations.

Leadership and Development

Mentor employees, conduct performance evaluations, champion succession planning, counsel and provide corrective actions to direct reports, and work to facilitate individual and team development that drive positive results.

Qualifications
  • Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or appropriate field of study, or equivalent level of related experience, and 8-10 years of experience with at least 3 years of management experience or leadership, preferably within EMS.

Skills and Abilities

Demonstrated effective track record cultivating relationships with internal and external customer base, detailed understanding of business modeling, proformas, P&L statements, and balance sheets.
