WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Marketing Specialist will have the responsibility of utilizing their in-depth knowledge to create, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies. They will work closely with the Marketing Director to design, develop and execute effective campaigns, track and analyze performance metrics, and continuously improve marketing initiatives to achieve business goals. This Job is 100% Telecommute/Remote. .
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns utilizing Hub Spot to nurture leads, drive engagement, and increase conversion rates.
- Design and manage email marketing campaign workflows and lead nurturing processes within the Hub Spot.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing campaigns' effectiveness and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative strategies.
- Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy
- Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
- Assist marketing director in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media, and sales enablement presentations
- Design and develop marketing materials including print and web, and social media
- Draft press and media releases
- Develop and implement strategies for social media platforms
- Create and maintain content for company website, partner/customer facing documentation and social media tools
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends
- Communicate with sales and production regarding product and pricing changes
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Creative Suite
- Certified in Hub Spot Marketing Hub
- 5+ years of professional experience in Marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing automation strategies and best practices for both B2B and B2C.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful automated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in data analysis and translating data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns
- Willingness to grow in role and learn new skills or take on additional tasks as needed.
