Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Director to join our dream team at Immaculate Restoration. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness, attract new clients, and support our ambitious growth goals. You will be instrumental in scaling our company from $5 million to $10 million, and ultimately to $100 million and beyond, ensuring that our message resonates with both top talent and top clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our growth objectives and vision.
• Brand Management: Strengthen and manage our brand identity to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.
• Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content that communicates our mission, values, and services effectively.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and client acquisition.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for overall business objectives.
• Vision Alignment: Contribute to our long-term vision by providing innovative marketing ideas and strategies to support our growth from $5 million to $100 million and beyond.
Qualifications:
• Proven Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in the restoration or related industry.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
• Digital Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a track record of successful digital campaigns.
• Creative Skills: Excellent creative and content development skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Client Focus: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
