Regional Business Development Manager

- Prospect new leads through multiple sources as well as a company provided prospecting tool (ZoomInfo).
- Create a robust pipeline, manage it daily through a CRM platform, and close business with assistance of Commercial Leader and Business Unit Leader.
- Manage onboarding process from start to finish with all new business closed.
- Prepare presentations (with assistance from corporate) for use with customer engagements.
- Develop a social media presence (LinkedIn) to promote the business.
- Leverage Intermodal and Brokerage capabilities to drive results.
- Engage with Operations associates daily.
- New business target - $ 3M annual new business revenue.
- Minimum of 5 year's of experience in selling Transportation Services.
- Ability to travel weekly (Automobile Travel).
- Reside in Western WA or Western OR
