Audienz LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the development of profitable new business. This position will ensure business growth through managing and executing business development activities and ensuring these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.Profile of Audienz LLCAudienz is a rapidly growing B-to-B marketing and sales consultancy located in Bellevue, WA and serving Fortune 50 clients in the Pacific Northwest. Established in 2008, the company has a proven track record helping tech clients market and sell their products and services. Audienz uses highly effective methodologies to help its clients better understand and connect with their audience to accelerate complex B-to-B sales. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing new sales programs. Among key responsibilities are:Ensure new business sales targets are met. Build and keep a healthy project pipeline outside of established accounts. Lead Audienz's programmatic sales motion and define policies and actions to maximize sales effectivenessHelp increase Audienz's database of target companies and individuals in the Pacific Northwest. Help refine the ideal target customer profileDesign and implement effective sales programs. Lead a healthy rhythm of touch points with target customers. Conduct sales meetings and presentations. Orchestrate company resources to drive opportunities to closingWork closely with Audienz Principals to identify new opportunities and define effective sales pitches and approachesContribute to the development and refinement of the Audienz vision and strategySupport management and decision-making to ensure Audienz maximizes its short and long-term profitabilityDevelop, review, and report on the business development strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the teamQualifications4+ years of experience in sales to large enterprises in the technology industryProficiency in the IT landscape, particularly the software industryAbility to develop and retain a portfolio of client relationshipsProven track record of meeting and exceeding $1M+ sales targetsMaster level education preferredDesirable SkillsResults oriented and self-motivationStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong people management skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to think strategicallyAbility to work collaborativelyResponsible to: Chief Executive Officer Salary: Base salary plus commission of new business revenueHours: Full Time
