Financial Services Administrative Assistant

A financial services client is looking to bring on a contract to hire Client Services Representative in the greater Portland, Oregon area. This is a client facing, onsite position that will support financial advisors with administrative duties and tasks.
Duties Include:
- Support financial advisors with their clients, book of business and daily tasks
- Engage with clients through in-person meetings and phone communication
- Draft and compile written materials, presentations, and reports
- Monitor and address tasks with set deadlines
- Manage incoming calls and record thorough, precise messages
- Organize and maintain files and documentation
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience doing administrative and sales support preferred
- Someone with very strong customer service skills both in person and via phone/email
- Strong understanding of general office procedures and equipment (including multi-line phones, FAX, computers, and keyboard skills)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance and conduct required
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Interest in financial services would be ideal
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses would be ideal
Hourly rate of $20-30, if not licensed.
