About Us:
Our customer is a dynamic and growing company seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Perform day-to-day office tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Excel Expertise: Utilize Excel for data management, reporting, and other administrative purposes.
  • Communication: Handle client and internal communications effectively via phone and email in clear and professional English.
  • QuickBooks Assistance (Preferred): Support bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record management.
  • Customer Interaction: Assist clients by answering questions and providing information in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Excel: Intermediate to advanced proficiency required.
  • QuickBooks Knowledge: A plus, but not mandatory; willingness to learn is appreciated.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with office software and learning new tools.
  • Driver License: Will occasionally require travel to customer homes
