We are seeking a dynamic and personable Administrative Manager & Client Liaison to oversee our team of coaches and manage the day-to-day operations of our growing business.


Job Description:

As the Administrative Manager & Client Liaison, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our coaching services. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting our coaching staff, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone with a background in therapy who is looking to transition into a more administrative and organizational capacity while still engaging with the therapeutic community.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of coaching sessions to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage and support a team of coaches, including onboarding, training, and ongoing supervision.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and coaches, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and manage payroll


Qualifications:

  • A background in therapy or a related field, with a strong understanding of therapeutic practices and client needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A passion for supporting others and contributing to their personal and professional growth.
