Job Summary: The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with national accounts by handling purchase orders, coordinating with internal teams, and providing timely updates to clients. This role involves ensuring smooth communication between clients and our production and warehouse teams, as well as managing service requests, including dispatching technicians for any work orders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Receive and process purchase orders from national accounts, ensuring accurate entry into the system and timely communication with clients regarding order status.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, providing updates on product availability, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with the warehouse and production teams to monitor order progress, resolve any issues, and ensure that client expectations are met.
  • Service Coordination: Manage service requests and work orders from clients, dispatching technicians as needed to address any issues with products or installations.
  • Account Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of all client interactions, orders, and service requests, and provide regular reports to management on account status and service activities.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues with orders or service requests and work to resolve them quickly, minimizing any impact on the client.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and streamline order processing and service coordination.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
