Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Present services to prospective clients, showcasing our value proposition and tailored solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions and ensuring client retention.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
