Lightyear is hiring an Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, NC. The Account Executive plays an integral role in our business development and sales process. Account Executive Daily Duties:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships and developing strategic marketing plans. The Account Executive will also be responsible for communicating with clients, sales, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.


Account Executives Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels
  • Conduct in-depth review of customer needs
  • Lead negotiations and successfully navigate objections
  • Support marketing programs and lead generation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions


Account Executive Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in marketing and advertising
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Experience with project management software
  • Experience in the marketing agency industry is a plus
  • Reliable transportation to our offices in Raleigh, NC
