Position: Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The Account Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities within the healthcare image exchange sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in government and private healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospective clients within the government and private healthcare sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our SaaS solution and address client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales-related documentation as required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT, image exchange solutions, and interoperability standards.
  • Experience selling to government agencies and/or private healthcare systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and tradeshow events.

Salary:

  • Base $100-110K 
  • OTE $175K
