Mad Men AI is a seed-stage AdTech x AI startup based in Burlingame, CA. Our co-founders, Aman Jain and Vinay Jain, have spent more than a decade building Ad products at Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. We raised $4.5m from top VCs and angels, including Wing, Patron, Samsung, Balaji, and many more.


Key responsibilities:

  • Analytics and Reporting:Collect and analyze data from various paid marketing campaigns, primarily on Meta Ads.
  • Prepare weekly reports for each of our clients on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Client Delivery:Organize and deliver creative assets to our clients.
  • Assist with tracking of deliverables for each of our clients.
  • Social Media Management:Manage and monitor company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Develop and schedule engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, track competitor activity, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Campaign Support:Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on analytics and social media management.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools Facebook Ads Manager, Notion, and platforms like Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills, especially with respect to paid social marketing campaigns, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
