Job Description


As a Front End Engineer, you will play a critical role in our development team, driving the creation and improvement of our web applications. Your expertise in front-end technologies will contribute to the development of responsive, efficient, and visually appealing user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless and robust web experiences. This role demands a mix of technical excellence, a deep understanding of web development best practices, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of sophisticated front-end web applications using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into high-quality code.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Implement responsive design principles to ensure our web applications perform well on mobile and desktop.

Work with backend engineers to design and consume APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange between the front-end and back-end.

Proactively identify and address front-end performance issues.

Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and sharing knowledge across the team to improve overall technical expertise.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in front-end development.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience

- 1+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience

- Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as angular and react


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of agile software development methodology experience

- Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node
