What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate and Develop Solutions: Assess, identify, estimate, and develop software solutions to meet business needs.
  • Lead Design and Architecture: Take the lead in designing, architecting, and reviewing software applications.
  • Documentation: Thoroughly document and record every aspect of software applications.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Address complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.

  • Coding and Programming: Maintain a broad understanding of various coding and programming languages.

What You'll Bring:

  • Educational Background: A BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with 10+ years of industry experience.
  • Agile Experience: At least 5 years of experience developing software in an agile team environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Expert-level knowledge and understanding of Java, JavaScript, React, and frontend technologies.
  • Frontend Application Development: Demonstrated experience in creating frontend applications that support critical application functions.
  • Full Development Lifecycle: Experience in design, development, coding, testing, and releasing software to QA.
  • Performance Monitoring: Proficiency in monitoring app performance, ensuring stability, and using observability tools to optimize application performance.
  • Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud service providers such as Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for application deployment and monitoring.
  • Code Quality: Ability to improve code quality through writing unit tests, automation, and conducting code reviews.
  • Software Design Foundation: A strong foundation in software design, with the know-how to create software that is extensible, reusable, and meets architectural objectives.
