Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Sales: Understand customer needs and offer solutions that drive both safety and efficiency.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer support and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate new business opportunities through B2B outbound calls/emails.
  • CRM Utilization: Leverage CRM and ERP tools to manage sales pipelines and track forecasts.
  • Problem-solving: Address customer concerns and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
  • Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with warm leads to identify the right products and present competitive proposals that meet client needs.


Ideal Candidate

  • Sales Experience: 3+ years in an inside sales or similar role with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Skillset: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial environment is a plus but not required.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent follow-through, task completion, and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Salary Range:

💼 $55K - $65K base salary + commissions
