Recently, we secured $3M without a sales team in place, blowing past 7-figures in revenue and rapidly are approaching the 8-figure mark. Our products leverage AI and predictive analytics to identify and engage prospective customers, connect capital raisers with investors, and/or source, qualify, and engage potential job candidates.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr. Sales Development Representative. We will be hiring 3 Sr. SDRs during this round of hires. The Sr. Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development and this role comes with a very competitive and aggressive commission structure. The role is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with flexibility for remote work after a few months in the role.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and business development experience
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
