Job Overview:

Lincoln Health Supply is a leading diabetic supply company that is rapidly expanding its operations. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Present and promote our products and services to existing and prospective customers, providing complete and appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs, and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving and Resolution: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation for the company.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's Degree (Preferred)
  • Experience: 1 year of sales experience (Preferred)
  • Skills: Proven work experience as a sales representative, excellent knowledge of MS Office, familiarity with BRM and CRM practices, highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

Benefits:

  • Annual base salary of $50,000, with the potential to earn north of six figures through performance bonuses.
  • Benefits: Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, 401k.
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, day shift.
