POSITION SUMMARY


We are looking to hire a full-time Marketing Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team in Irvine, California. This is a marketing coordinator role working across 2 brands (Rhythm & Rusty) simultaneously. This role will also include occasional design department support.


RESPONSIBILTIES


  • Update seasonal catalogue for wholesale sell-in with pricing, imagery & copy.
  • Create line sheets, enter SKU codes, product descriptions/names/copy & prices on multiple platforms (NuOrder/Shopify).
  • Completion of website and B2B merchandising, tagging and product uploads according to seasons & new collections.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the website and working to execute initiatives that will improve the customer experience.
  • Coordination of EDM marketing and management of customer database.
  • Create assets for (but not limited to) Events, Sales Meetings & Trade Shows.
  • Assist in creating videos, GIFs, web banners & in-store imagery for DTC & wholesale partners.
  • Distribute digital assets/content to wholesale partners.
  •  Help grow following of current social media platforms.
  •  Build on existing retailer partnerships and marketing opportunities.
  • Submit seasonal product orders for regional ambassadors & athletes.
  • Assist design department in processing tech packs for manufacturer, recoloring existing artwork & creating SMU decks.
  • Work closely with sales to support in marketing & design as required by the Sales Manager and Sales Director.


QUALIFICAITONS:


  • 2+ Years industry marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and measurable marketing results.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, (illustrator, photoshop, InDesign), B2B platforms (NuOrder & Shopify), MS Excel.
  • Graphic design experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Shopify, inventory management systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of USA action sports market.
  • Willing to travel domestically on an as need basis.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at once across 2 brands simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Highly Self-motivated.
