They’re looking for a Director of Omnichannel Growth Marketing to drive and measure performance across digital marketing efforts. This role will deeply understand the lifecycle of customers, identify opportunities for growth, and drive campaigns to optimize marketing resources. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Oversight:Lead paid media strategy across DTC site, retailer digital channels, and e-tailers including Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Organic Search, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Acquisition: Design and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and lifetime revenue growth.
  • Management: Oversee paid media execution and budget.
  • Process: Manage the creative process for ad programs, working cross-functionally on the ideation, briefing, and editing of content and assets.
  • Approach: Utilize a data-oriented mindset to set measurable targets and strategies, analyzing pre- and post-campaign performance for continuous improvement.
  • Management: Maintain relationships with performance marketing freelancers, third parties, and platforms, overseeing creative management and performance analysis.
  • & Optimization: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on audience segmentation, content, landing pages, and other ad-related elements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with brand, lifecycle/CRM, and e-commerce marketing teams to strategize and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Monitoring: Track and optimize KPIs daily/weekly/monthly, setting benchmarks for ongoing and new programs.
  • Support: Support retailer.com marketing programs to enhance on-site search, awareness media, and overall digital brand discoverability.



YOU BRING


  • Experience: 4+ years in digital customer acquisition, ideally within a consumer product brand (beauty even better).
  • Skills: Strong focus on measurement, reporting, and use of third-party attribution tools.
  • Proficiency: Experienced with digital marketing (FB, Google, SEO/SEM), e-commerce platforms (Shopify+, Klaviyo, Postscript), affiliate/loyalty software, and content management systems.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management: Experience with Asana is a plus.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial attitude, team player, and affinity with brand values.
