Group Benefits Account Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Group Benefits Account Manager for one of our insurance clients. The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Strategize and manage employee benefit programs, including the coordination of the annual open enrollment process
- Establishing a primary relationship with clients and carriers, acting as a main point of contact for benefits-related inquiries from clients
- Collaborate with the Benefits Technology Department to encourage and assist clients in using our online open enrollment systems.
- Manage client accounts accurately and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Market and secure new business and/or renewal business, either independently or in collaboration with the producer.
- Develop proposals for renewals.
- Conduct meetings with the producer and service teams to ensure service standards are upheld.
- Liaise and collaborate with our carriers to ensure client expectations are met.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, carriers, and other agency staff.
- Travel or make visits to insurance companies and/or clients as needed.
- Uphold the confidentiality of client and company information.
- Carry out other duties as assigned that are appropriate to the position.
Compensation:
$70k/yr to $90k/yr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
