  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support various business initiatives and scenarios.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key financial and operational metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.

  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, assisting with audits as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting software.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
