Sales Technology Designer (Director Sales Enablement)


**This is a hybrid role - 3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week from home.**


ADP is hiring a Sales Enablement Director for the Sales GAIN Modern Seller Program. We’re looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in sales and technology to translate technical concepts into more simple ideas through compelling stories. This role is accountable for the on-time design and execution of discovery sessions for our generative AI use cases within the Modern Seller Program. This is a highly collaborative position within a matrixed organization that works closely with senior leaders, key stakeholders, GPT and functional working team members across WWCO. This role will report to the Senior Director, Modern Seller Strategist.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update our Modern Seller Program roadmap as well as drive the success of Discovery Sessions throughout the launch of the GAIN Sales’ generative AI use cases
  • Regularly update the team on the technical details, and status of use cases, assuring we are communicating with BU Ops.
  • Serve as the translator of sales needs and technical requirements to ensure each BU and role within the BU is developed to drive productivity when launched and will be coordinated across BU sales, sales leadership, GPT and WWCO.
  • Fully immersed in the preparation and planning with the BU prior to POC in partnership with GPT in order to ensure all sales leader + seller needs are heard and incorporated into the Zone
  • Develop Seller Personas & meet with BU sales to gather feedback, understand how they work/sell and align to GPT in Zone development for BU launches
  • Translate sellers needs into technical requirements in the Zone, partnering with GPT
  • Work with BU Operations Leaders to review post-launch feedback and partner to prioritize for weekly discussions with our GPT Partners.
  • Track and translate program OKRs via Tableau to measure and keep track of seller performance and productivity

Qualifications:

  • A college degree is nice to have but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other forms of acceptable experience include:
  • Background business administration, information technology, or engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization, while maintaining high levels of excellence and standards.
  • Previous experience working with a sales division in a Fortune 500 company.
  • Understanding of ADP sales, products and process.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large scale projects including supporting the development of business cases.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI, analytics and Modern Selling strategies.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced and at times, ambiguous environment.
  • Self-starter with track record of strong project management, planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Stories, and Prep and/or Power BI, MS PowerPoint & Excel.
