Sales Compensation Analyst RoleThis position is responsible for designing incentive compensation models, quota allocation, territory design, compensation plan implementation, and performance tracking for specialized divisions and sales positions in the United States. You will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Field Sales, Financial Services, Sales Operations, and Human Resources to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to quarterly, bi-annual, or annual sales compensation modeling and incentive programs
- Provide guidance on incentive compensation plans that drive desired sales behaviors and revenue targets
- Develop territory alignments and oversee analysis for field sales force structure changes and territory optimization
- Oversee predictive quota setting methodologies for fair and accurate quota setting
- Assess plan performance throughout the plan period
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Business or related field, preferably in the medical device industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales compensation design and administration in a corporate environment
- Strong financial modeling background and advanced Excel skills
The estimated salary range for this role is $95,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year, with benefits including free medical coverage via the Health Investment Plan (HIP) PPO, excellent retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, student debt program, and education benefit.
