Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at Incident IQ, you will be responsible for generating interest and qualified leads with target school districts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be high-energy, and possess a strong ability to use technology to maximize performance and efficiency. We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, based on experience, with a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k match, and paid-time off (PTO).
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound sales phone calls and identify target school districts
- Design effective outreach sequences to effectively contact target school districts
- Work with the Sales Development Manager to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance and adjust as necessary to meet and exceed objectives
- Ensure all qualified leads are properly processed and distributed to the appropriate field sales resource
- Utilize marketing automation tools to identify potential lead activity and effectively engage for potential qualification by our field sales team
