  • Job Summary/Description:Manage end to end payroll process for hourly and salaried employees which includes but is not limited to review, validation and reconciliation of payroll data to ensure accurate and timely processing and payment
  • Design, develop and implement payroll strategy and operating model within the context of an expanding operations globally in partnership with the People (HR) team
  • Work closely with cross functional teams within the Company on equity based activity, global mobility, tax, benefits and new business activities to ensure global payroll needs are identified, considered and communicated
  • Function closely with payroll provider ADP and BDO to guarantee accurate and timely processing of payroll to all employees globally
  • Continuously evaluate tools and systems, and identify ways to optimize the payroll function and enable business process transformation while maintaining strong quality controls
