Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH is currently recruiting an AP Clerk in Nashville, TN for a new opportunity. Please see below for details regarding this immediate position.


Responsibilities include:

  • Receive, review, and process invoices
  • Reconcile invoices and report discrepancies
  • Light collections for outstanding memos
  • Prepare invoices batches for approval
  • Approve and create new vendor accounts
  • Maintain established vendor accounts


Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of accounts payable (AP)
  • 3+ years’ experience in AP
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • High Volume invoicing experience


Pay: $20-25/hr.

Job Type: Full-time
